The closer to Luke's bedroom I got, the more nostalgic I became. I could see myself as a twelve-year-old bursting through the hallway and down to Luke's bedroom. His room was like a second room for myself just as mine was for him. Luke always had the best toys and the coolest sports equipment because of his dad's job. His walls were always decked with posters and on the back of his door he kept a calendar full of pictures of naked girls that his older cousin had bought him. Luke had pogo sticks and skateboards, scooters and even remote controlled cars. Luke's bedroom was the envy to any twelve-year-old boy and I could assume that as time progressed, so did his room.
