Shadow health secretary Andy Burnham said he did not object in principle to a closer partnership between the NHS and the life sciences sector as this "could begoodforbothsides".
He argues that China's inclusion in the WTO, and hence permanent normal trade relations with the U.S., is goodforbothsides because trade disputes can be resolved through an impartial dispute settlement mechanism.
