The government is issuing warnings on radio and TV, reminding people to drink enough water and stay out of thesun, the BBC's Caroline Wyatt reports from Paris.
Defending the publication, Sun newspaper managing editor David Dinsmore told theBBCthe paper had "thought long and hard" about whether to use the pictures and argued it was an issue of freedom of the press.
Jane Johnson, former editor of Closer and The Sun's Fabulous magazine, told theBBC that magazines do care about their readers and are very careful about the advice they give.
