They have also undergone alcohol and drug testing, and the preliminary results were negative, Herry Bakti Gumay, a Transportation Ministry official, told a news conference Sunday.
"Whatever the outcome of the investigation, we need to applaud the pilot, as the plane didn't crash into the runway, " said Herry Bakti, the director general of air transportation at the Transportation Ministry.
