Through analyzing the structure of the gear-worm plastic part in the meter,an injection mold with two cavities was designed for this part. Basing on the characteristics of the worm,the new mould was designed to realize automatic demolding of the worm.
通过对仪表中的塑料齿轮—蜗杆合件的结构分析,设计了一模二腔的注塑模具,根据蜗杆的特点,设计了新颖的模具结构,在模具开模的过程中就能实现蜗杆部分的自动脱模,降低了模具制作成本,提高了生产效率。
