According to the actual demand for data transfer between SSD and the host, we study ATA/ATAPI-7 protocol, and then proposed FPGA-based design to achieve ATA protocol and applied to Solid State Disk.
硬盘接口技术是固态硬盘设计中的关键技术之一，本文根据固态硬盘与主机之间数据传输的实际需求，在研究ATA/ATAPI-7协议的基础上，提出了基于FPGA实现ATA协议的设计方案，并将其应用于固态硬盘中。
