Richard Scheff, a former consultant to the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Law Enforcementin the Clinton administration and chairman of Montgomery McCracken law firm, says selecting a jury in case like this might be difficult since its been widely covered in the press.
This "fear" was most recently publically described by Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Rand Beers in testimony on 6 August before the Criminal Justice, Drug Policy and Human Resources Subcommittee of the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight.
