As to CHS, it is sugges ted that the government strengthen its functions, formulate rational compensatio n policies, give priority to prevention and healthcare, health education and the cultivation of talents in its financial input, bring CHS into line with the man agement of the medical insurance system, set and rationalize the prices of CHS, establish a multi-layer and multi-form CHS system and structure and strive to expand the living and development space of CHS institutions.
