The Buyer shall organize and implement the performance test coordinated by the Seller and strictly follow the performance test Program mutually agreed by the Parties as per Appendix 8 to the contract.

The Seller shall undertake the design work with respect to the Contract Plant, details of which shall be AS per Appendix 8.
