Purpose: To study the normal meniscus and articular cartilage of the knee with low field MRI.

Methods Chondrocytes isolated from articular cartilage and meniscus of rabbits aged 3 weeks were respectively passaged in monolayer and cultured in centrifuge tube.
方法分别自3周龄大耳白兔关节软骨和半月板分离软骨细胞，行单层传代培养和离心管培养。
Results cartilage cultured in centrifuge tube possessed unique ultrastructure and was similar to articular cartilage and growth plate, but it was markedly different from meniscus.
结果离心管培养软骨具有独特的超微结构，与关节软骨和生长板有一定的相似性，而与半月板有明显区别。
