Article 9.1 of the Mariposa agreement provided Mariposa would be dissolved upon the acquisition by a partner of all the interests of the other partners.
Just to clear it up, the MLBPA has a right to the audited financials of all 30 clubs, amongst other financial data, pursuant to Article XXIV D(2) of the collective bargaining agreement.
