abstract:Arrondi, or arrondie, in heraldry, as in cross-arrondi, or rounded, is that whose arms are composed of sections of a circle, not opposite to each other, so as to make the arm bulge out thicker in one part than another; but both the sections of each arm lie the same way, so that the arm is of a uniform thickness throughout. All of them terminate at the edges of the escutcheon like the plain cross.
Combining the simple flowdiagramofcontrolprogram, this paper introducesandinquires into the practical problem inusingthe method to turn ordinary arrondiparts.
