  Four antimycin components were isolated and purified from the fermentation broth by the combination of silica gel chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC) methods. Application of the Electrospray ionization multistage mass spectrometry,characteristic ion frgments was obtained in the negative mode.
