The Nonino Quintessentia comes from an amazing family of distillers from Friuli, who make their Amaro in small batches before aging in French Oak andSherry barrels.
The menu is comprised of regional specialties: imagine a seared Alaskan scallop with cauliflower risotto andsherry emulsion or pan seared brioche crusted sablefish, a very popular fish in the BC area.
As much as I would have liked to see a game solely starring Jake andSherry, as they boldly take this franchise in a new direction, the franchise has enough baggage to fill Grand Central Station.
