New technologies for increasing propylene production are introduced,including steaming cracking,catalytic cracking,propane dehydration,olefin disproportionation,olefin conversion and methanol conversion,etc. At last,there gives some advices on how to increase the output of propylene in our country. At the moment catalytic cracking should be develop in preference,then olefin disproportionation and olefin conversion,at last propane dehydration and methanol conversion also should considered.
