In chapter 4, we review the literatures of supply chain and conclude its fundamental theories as industrial dynamics and bullwhip effect, organization economics and transaction cost, and network theory. We also provide some value models such as creating relational rent, using information sharing and concurrent engineering as a basis of cooperation.
