DeCode's Stefansson says he hopes the deal will help the company market its services to other drug and biotech companies in the future, by establishing DeCode's software as the standard method for analyzing gene data.
Since most leaders remain comfortable managing only what they can measure, in a more interdependent world it has become important to develop a new framework for analyzing, and an independently confirmable method for measuring, how organizations operate and relate to society, how their people behave and make decisions.
