Amazing taste... you can't taste the "calcium". Not at all chalky. If you eat them in bulk (say... 5 or 6 at a time) they sort of taste like Sour Patches, but that might just be me. Very good alternative to Milk. But hey what do you expect from a product with the "Chef's Best" award for best taste. Buy this!
