In the three kinds of dispersant which main content is Al2O3, white alundum result to be best for the highest Al2O3 content. As the dispersant, quartz sand, mullite, magnesia, graphite all have better results than white alundum.
分散剂含量为10%时“Al势”较高,所获得的渗层厚度和显微硬度较高;氧化铝类的分散剂,Al2O3含量最高的白刚玉共渗效果最好;石英砂、莫来石、镁砂和石墨作为分散剂的效果优于白刚玉;分散剂粒度以100-120目为宜。
