ALNAP

• abstract: ALNAP (Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance) is a sector-wide network in the international humanitarian system made up of key international humanitarian organisations and experts. Established in 1997 following the multi-agency evaluation of the humanitarian response to the Rwandan Genocide, ALNAP provides the humanitarian sector with a forum to address issues of accountability and learning, as well as producing research and analysis of shared challenges facing the humanitarian sector.
