Orekunrin and her family immediately began looking for an airambulance service to rapidly transport the girl, a sickle cell anemia sufferer, to a more suitable healthcare facility.
The Coventry-based charity became The AirAmbulance Service (TAAS) after launching a national children's service but is yet to transport any youngsters.
