(c) was in the Company's possession prior to disclosure by ACDE and was not acquired by the Company or its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or assigns, directly or indirectly from ACDE.
By participating in "My New Life, " you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CNN, its parent and affiliated companies, its and their licensees, successors and assigns, and each of its and their officers, agents and employees from all liabilities or losses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your participation in "My New Life, " including but not limited to any employment by you of employment candidates.
