If you, as board members, undertake the current course ofaction, Third Point will hold you personally responsible for such a flagrant violation of your duty of loyalty.
Then, when you cite your point you can be looking at each person or even moving to stand by them or simply smile and point at them as you describe how their action reinforces the validity of your point.
In hindsight it might seem to have been the wrong course ofaction but when we chose one action over another, it was the right course ofaction for us at that point in time.
