Accompanied with economic recession, unemployment and poverty increased significantly. Up to now, although global economy has shown signs of recovery, rate of unemployment remains high in many countries, and the resulting economic and social problems are also difficult to eliminate in the short term. It turned to be a great challenge of employment as well as economic and social policies in countries around the world.
