【摘要】： 用4％琼脂糖,在碱性条件下,用双功能试剂β-硫酸醋乙砜基苯胺(SESA)连接于琼脂糖上,制备得到对氨基苯磺酰乙基(ABSE)琼脂糖。然后经重氮化制备得到固定化胰蛋白酶,装柱亲和层析分离抑肽酶,连续使10次,亲和效率维持不变,取得了令人满意的结果。
