When I ran, I felt like nothing was better than this. I felt so alive, feeling my feet hit the sand, my heart pumping and my breath breathing along. Many people I know back home prefer to walk than to run. To me, I think they are crazy, but it's their decision. I can run for 2 hours if I wanted to, but I kept it down to 45 minutes. A perfect time. Another thing is that, when I run I don't pay attention to my surroundings that well. I just pay attention to my body. At some point I know when to turn back.
