Researchers concluded that any such "guilty look" is a response to human behaviour and has no relation with the dog's actions or sense of having broken any rules.
"They're actively putting out a reality TV show that will be edited and slanted to make my client lookguilty but here in this case there's a whole other side to the story, " he said.
