abstract:Leela is a board game with origins in ancient India. The original game was created by Hindu scholars with the intention of teaching moral values, and was a precursor to the modern game snakes and ladders.
More is clearly more here, but the Leela Palace stays on the right side of that invisible line that divides the literally spectacular (as in a spectacle to behold) from the over-the-top tacky.
