abstract:Isaac Watts (1797–1876) was an early British naval architect. Together with Chief Engineer Thomas Lloyd, he designed HMS Warrior, the world's first armour-plated iron-hulled warship.
He has increased his flock by starting a relaxed family service, in a room with chairs and a synthesiser rather than the main church's pews, organ and IsaacWatts hymns.
With Lang waiting in the wings, Isaac Stern went out onstage and announced that Watts was ill but that no one would be disappointed by the Chinese teen-ager who was about to play.
