锢囚锋(Occluded Front),暖气团、较冷气团和更冷气团相遇时先构成两个锋面,然后其中一个锋面追上另一个锋面,即形成锢囚锋。我国常见的是锋面受山脉阻挡所形成的地形锢囚;或冷锋追上暖锋,或两条冷锋迎面相遇形成的锢囚。它们迫使冷锋前的暖空气抬离地面,锢囚到高空。
