速动资产是指可以迅速转换成为现金或已属于现金形式的资产，计算方法为流动资产减去变现能力较差且不稳定的存货、预付账款、一年内到期的非流动资产和其他流动资产等之后的余额。也就是说，存货、预付账款、一年内到期的非流动资产和其他流动资产不属于速动资产。 通常它等于企业的全部流动资产扣除可能在市场上迅速脱手的那部分存货后的余额，是考察企业偿债能力的常用指标之一。
