纽芬兰岛（英语：Newfoundland Island，法语：Terre-Neuve），意指“新寻获之地”，是北美大陆东海岸的大西洋岛屿。西控圣劳伦斯湾口，北隔贝尔岛海峡与拉布拉多半岛相望，西南与布雷顿角岛隔以卡伯特海峡，南有法属圣皮埃尔和密克隆群岛。略呈三角形，西北、东南各有一半岛伸入海中。面积11.1万平方千米，人口466172人（2001年统计）。
