秦律，中国秦代法律的总称。公元前356年（秦孝公六年）商鞅相秦，实行变法，以李悝的《法经》为蓝本，改法为律。制定了较为完备的刑律及其它方面的法律。 在犯罪与刑罚方面，秦律以先秦法家的性恶论为思想基础，以重刑主义为其指导思想，规定了殊多种类的犯罪和相当严酷的刑罚。汉初虽曾删除秦代苛法，但秦律对后世仍产生了较为深远的影响。
