病名。痢疾便下白色黏冻或脓液者。古称白滞痢。临证须辨寒热。《太平圣惠方》卷五十九：“白痢者，由肠虚而冷气客之，搏于肠间，津液凝滞成白，故为白痢也。”其症便下如冻胶或鼻涕，兼见腹痛，后重，不能食，小便清利，或手足厥冷等。由寒湿凝滞，脾阳受伤所致。若症见痢下白色，黏冻多脓，腹痛，里急后重，小便赤涩者，属湿热为患。《张氏医通》卷七：“白痢初起，里急后重，频欲登圊，及去而所下无多，才起而腹中复急，皆湿热凝滞所致。
