水工建筑物及其基础出现异常渗漏的处理措施。渗水是水工建筑物运行中难于避免但也不能忽视的现象。如果渗水情况在设计允许范围内,不致影响效益和安全时,属于正常渗水,可不做处理。如果渗水压力、流速或渗漏量过大,超出设计允许值,威胁工程安全时,就必须及时处理。因此,当发现渗漏现象时,首先要周密检查,加强观测分析,判断渗漏是否异常,决定是否需要处理。渗水处理的原则是“上堵下排”。即首先在上游找渗水来源,设法堵截,不使水进入建筑物;在下游采取排渗措施,使渗水不把土粒带出,以致产生坝坡塌坑和滑坡等。
因此一般采用上游坝面铺设复合土工膜和坝基垂直防渗措施进行防渗漏处理。
