公司(原称“攀钢集团板材股份有限公司”)是于1993年3月27日在中国成立的股份有限公司。公司由攀枝花钢铁（集团）公司(一家成立于1965年的国有企业， 以下简称“集团公司”)、 攀枝花冶金矿山公司（后期合并入集团公司）及第十九冶金建设公司(“冶金公司”)联合发起采用定向募集方式设立。
