默示放弃制度，是仲裁中的一项有关异议权放弃的程序制度。
Implied waiver system is the arbitration of a challenge relating to waiver of the right of the procedural system.

The implied condition any be negative by showing that the delay was caused by circumstances known to the insurer before the contract was concluded, or by showing that he waived the condition.
