藏语音译，意为“娱乐、歌舞”。也称“六月会”。土族民间集会，流行于青海同仁地区。每年农历六月廿一举行。会其3-5天。相传原是屯首阅兵和安排农事的集会，后演变成集体文娱活动。会期内有烧香敬神，跳舞娱神，以及唱“拉伊”（情歌）、踩高跷等活动。
