鲁冰，男，汉族，山东省临沂市郯城县人，七十年代出生，中国当代童话作家。 2000年开始童话创作，曾在《中国儿童报》、《少年日报》、《童话世界》、《童话王国》、《中外童话故事》、《世界儿童》、《大灰狼画报》、《幼儿故事大王》、《好儿童画报》、《东方娃娃》、《小学生故事》、《小葵花》、《红蕾》、《快乐童话故事》等刊物上发表童话近百篇。
为了生活，鲁冰决定在街边摆摊挣钱。
