颈部损伤是由机械性外力、慢性劳损等引起的颈部结构的损伤，比四肢、腹部等损伤少见，可分为开放性损伤和闭合性损伤两种。闭合性损伤多见于拳击、勒缢伤，除可引起血肿和皮下气肿外，往往有丧失意识、脉搏细速、血压下降，同时可出现血肿压迫气管导致窒息，或者颈动脉受刺激，从而引起脑部反射性血循环障碍。开放性损伤平时少见，可见于交通事故、意外事故、生产事故；战时多见于刀伤、弹伤。
