《项目化:秘书综合实训》通过对秘书专业所学知识点及技能点的分析、梳理，并结合秘书职业技能鉴定和有关要求，选取了企业秘书16项主要职业活动作为综合实训项目。每一项目通过课堂教学实战及课后自主演练实现，最后设立考评以实现目标。此外，《项目化:秘书综合实训》内容还拓展至秘书工作技巧及与之相关的交叉能力，力图培养出满足社会需求的复合型职业化秘书人才。 《项目化:秘书综合实训》既可以作为秘书专业实践训练的教学用书，也可以用于企事业单位秘书职业能力培训，还可作为秘书人员工作参考学习资料。
这种唯一性与企业文化有关，所有的组织结构都采取下列三种方式之一：功能化（Functional）、项目化（Projectized）和矩阵化（Matrix）。
