韩万，姬姓，韩氏，名万，谥武， 故称韩武子，华夏族。生卒年不详，生活在前679年前后。曲沃桓叔的庶子，曲沃庄伯的异母弟，即曲沃武公的叔父。春秋初期晋国的著名的政治家。战国七雄中韩国的先祖。曲沃武公即位为晋侯后，将韩原封给了韩万作为采邑，因而以韩为氏。生子韩赇伯。
