非名是墨辩逻辑厢语。一种用个别性的称谓取代约定俗成的名称而导致的错误。《墨子·经下》：“．睢吾谓，非名也。则不可。说在反。”《经说下》：“唯。谓‘犹是霍’，可；而‘之非夫霍也’，谓‘彼是是也’，不可。谓者毋唯乎其谓。‘彼’犹唯乎其谓，则吾谓必行；‘彼’若不唯其谓，则不行也。”名具有约定性，一经约定，便有固定的所拟之实，不能随意更改。
