《青春是岁月的河》是由广东省珠海少年冯邵一作词（10岁），著名作曲家邓伟标谱曲，侃侃演唱的一首校园歌曲。收录在2013年7月18日由南方日报和广东省流行音乐协会共同发起的“助童为乐”计划首张专辑《偷梦的小妖精》中。 早在专辑面世前，便已经在2013的毕业季传唱开来，并且登陆百度音乐新歌榜前列。 其曲风如山涧小溪，轻轻的在之间流淌，轻轻吟叹，淡淡感伤，直透心灵，听罢泯然，意犹未尽。
