售租（Sale & Leaseback）是20世纪90年代后期国际集装箱租赁界推出的集装箱租赁方式。售租是班轮公司为了解决资金短缺和降低集装箱费用等问题，与集装箱租赁公司达成协议，将自购箱量中的一部分或全部出售给集装箱租赁公司，再通过租赁协议，按照一定的租金费率，采用长期租赁方式租赁该批集装箱。
一个很好的例子就是CHEP，它是世界上最大的托盘和集装箱租赁公司。
