隐蔽青年（日语：引きこもり、ひきこもり、引き笼もり，英语：Hikikomori, social withdrawal，有台湾译者戏称家里蹲废材或译为茧居族），是日本的文化依存症候群。指人于某种程度狭窄的生活空间之中不出社会的意思。具体来说，大部分的时间在自己的房间度过而不去学校与公司的状态，或是如同那样的人称呼为隐蔽青年。指一些面对各种社会排斥而选择自我封闭，过著足不出户生活的青少年（注：与官方定义不同的是，一般非青少年者被称隐蔽青年者也不在少数）。
