附框又名副框，目前两种称呼均有采用，截至目前笔者尚未考究清楚其中的区别和谬误。 附框对门窗起到一个定尺、定位的作用。一般来说，建筑的门窗洞口建成后，尺寸不规范，安装附框后，就可以比较精确地测定门窗加工尺寸。大型工程均要求安装附框，这样规范性更强。在洞口处理完毕或者即将完毕，就可以安装附框，把附框定位完毕，则门窗尺寸和位置就确定了，这时如果工期比较紧，就可以进行墙体表面结构的处理了。
当选择 Out of Office 时，会显示一个带有多个附签的对话框，允许您配置离开办公室代理（参见图 1）。

在Meeting Creation对话框的后续附签中可以找到其他非必需的选项，其中包括新的Slides附签，它使得主持人可以更容易地上载幻灯片。
