阿里红，中药名。为多孔菌科层孔菌属植物苦白蹄Fomes officinalis(Vill.ex Fr.)Ames的子实体。主要分布于新疆等地。性温味甘、苦，具有止咳平喘，祛风除湿，消肿止痛，利尿，解蛇毒之功效。常用于咳嗽，哮喘，咽喉炎，牙周炎，胃痛，肾炎，尿路结石，慢性风湿性关节炎，毒蛇咬伤。
