问题教学法就是教材的知识点以问题的形式呈现在学生的面前，让学生在寻求，探索解决问题的思维活动中，掌握知识、发展智力、培养技能，进而培养学生自己发现问题解决问题的能力。在这种课上，教师有意地创设问题情境，组织学生的探索活动，让学生提出学习问题和解决这些问题（这种作法的问题性水平较高），或由教师自己提出这些问题并解决它们，在此同时向学生说明在该探索情境下的思维逻辑（这种作法的问题性水平较低）。“问题教学”为学生提供了一个交流、合作、探索、发展的平台，使学生在问题解决中感受语文的价值和魅力，在教学活动中以“问题”为线索，基于问题情境发现探索知识，掌握技能，学会思考、学会学习、学会创造，促进学生创造思维的发展。
