目的进一步探讨负荷、静息门控心肌灌注显像在临床主诉胸痛、胸闷而疑诊冠心病患者中的临床应用。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of Rest-adenosine stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI in suspected coronary artery disease(CAD)patients with chest pain or distress.
目的：探讨门控心肌灌注断层显像（GMPT）、平衡法心血池显像（GBPI）与心动超声（UCG）测定左室射血分数（LVEF）的差别。
Purpose: To compare gated myocardial perfusion tomography (GMPT), gated blood pool imaging (GBPI) and ultrasound cardiography (UCG) in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) calculation.
结论：核素心肌灌注显像与门控心室显像联合评价对缺血性心肌病诊断治疗的价值优于单项检查。
Conclusion: the combine image of SPECT myocardial perfusion image and gating cardiac blood-pool image might have more value to the diagnosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy than each of them.
